General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and House Rules for Seewiesen Holiday Apartments 1. Scope These GTC apply to the rental agreements of Seewiesen Holiday Apartments as well as the use of the associated lakeside property. By booking the holiday apartment, the tenant acknowledges these terms and conditions. 2. Booking and Payment Terms The booking becomes binding upon our confirmation. Payment is to be made as agreed. Without timely payment, there is no entitlement to occupancy of the holiday apartment. 3. Cancellation A cancellation must be made in writing. The cancellation fees are as follows: Up to 30 days before arrival: free of charge 29 to 14 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price Less than 14 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the rental price 4. Use of the Holiday Apartment The holiday apartment may only be used by the persons specified in the booking. Subletting or transferring to third parties is not permitted. 5. House Rules 5.1 General Our holiday apartment should be your home away from home. Please handle the furnishings with care and ensure that your fellow travelers also comply with the rules. If you are missing anything or encounter any problems, we are happy to assist you. 5.2 Kitchen Please treat the kitchen appliances and equipment with care. Dishes, pots, and cutlery must be cleaned and dried before being put back into the cupboards. Use cutting boards and coasters to prevent damage. 5.3 Damages If any damage occurs, please inform us immediately. The tenant is liable for damages up to the cost of replacement. 5.4 Ventilation To prevent mold formation, please ventilate regularly (at least once a day for 10 minutes, especially after showering). 5.5 Duty of Care Please ensure that windows and doors are closed when leaving the apartment. Use water and electricity sparingly. 5.6 Waste Disposal Waste must be separated into residual waste, paper, glass, and packaging with the Green Dot. Appropriate containers are provided. Do not dispose of hygiene products or waste in the toilet or sink! 5.7 Cleaning Please leave the holiday apartment in a swept-clean condition and store used dishes cleanly in the cupboards. 5.8 Quiet Hours Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please also respect the legal quiet hours. 5.9 Smoking Smoking is not permitted inside the holiday apartment. Please use the balcony or terrace and dispose of fully extinguished cigarette remains properly. 5.10 Pets Pets are not allowed. 5.11 Parking Parking spaces are available in front of the holiday apartment. The landlord is not liable for damage to parked vehicles. 5.12 Right of Access The landlord may enter the holiday apartment in emergencies or for urgent repairs. 5.13 Keys Keys must be kept safe and may not be handed over to third parties. Lost keys must be reported immediately and will be charged to the tenant. 5.14 Liability The landlord is not liable for valuables belonging to guests. 6. Use of the Lakeside Property The lakeside property is exclusively available to tenants of Seewiesen Holiday Apartments. Visitors are not allowed. Parties, events, and open fires are prohibited. Swimming and water sports are at your own risk. 7. Final Provisions By booking, the tenant agrees to these GTC. In the event of a violation of the house rules, the landlord reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice.
