We are the Lutz family.

We are Felix and Selina Lutz, with our children Isabella and Julian.

We live in Friedrichshafen on Lake Constance – the place where so many people spend their holidays. For us, though, this region is more than a pretty spot on the map. It is our home. This is where our children grow up, where we work, where we spend time with family and friends. Lake Constance is part of our everyday life: walks by the water, day trips, good food, the closeness of the mountains and that special feeling when you come home and see the lake.

Family comes first for us. After that come health, togetherness and the wish to build something lasting, step by step. That is exactly how we see our work with holiday apartments: we do not want to offer anonymous accommodation, but a place where guests can arrive and truly feel at home.

Having children ourselves, we know how important it is for a stay to be effortless. You do not want to search around, ask questions or be annoyed by little things. An apartment should be clean, well prepared and practical. It should simply work. And it should feel good.

We have worked with property for many years and know what matters: a good location, clear processes, well-kept spaces and reliable contacts. It is important to us that our guests feel there are real people behind these apartments. People who care, who think ahead and who want your stay to be a success.
